The role
With the retirement of one of our highly regarded members of staff we are seeking a Stage 6 Legal Studies Teacher with the ability to teach Junior Stage 4 History or Stage 6 Society and Culture to join our HSIE Department. This opportunity will commence Term1, 2025.

**You will display the following skills and attributes**:

- Hold a current NESA accreditation and have an excellent understanding of the NESA syllabus
- Experience teaching Stage 6 Legal Studies
- Willingness and confidence to also deliver Stage 4 History or Stage 6 Society and Culture
- Be a positive and collaborative contributor to a successful department committed to improving educational outcomes
- Be confident in differentiating the curriculum in the classroom
- Be a reflective professional engaged in ongoing development and research in relation to your practice
- Be committed to supporting student wellbeing

We offer salaries above the award, ranging from $95,000 - $135,000 per annum (plus superannuation). Your salary will be based on your NESA accreditation level.
