**About the Role**
- Full Time, 3 Month Maximum Term Contract (with the potential to extend)
- Classification: Consumer Service Delivery Level 2, with a salary range of $67,330 - $72,196 pro rata, per annum + Superannuation
- Location: Country South, Murray Bridge SA.

**Overview of the position**

We are seeking a Community Rehabilitation and Support Worker (CRSW) to work within our Psychosocial Support Programs.

CRSW’s provide a range of outreach rehabilitation and support to consumers, tailored to meet their individual needs. You will work closely with clinical case managers and other community partner organisations in order to deliver the best possible comprehensive service to consumers. The role functions within a collaborative team approach and is supported by regular opportunities to reflect upon our practice with access comprehensive training and development.

- Ensure risks are identified, reported, documented and appropriately managed in accordance with Neami Group policies to ensure safe and effective services.
- Proactively work towards achieving individual and team goals, whilst demonstrating Neami National core competencies and values
- Actively engage in Professional Development opportunities and embrace learning opportunities
- Take an active role in promoting and generating quality improvements processes within your area of responsibility and more generally across the organisation

Neami National is a community mental health service supporting people living with mental illness to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals.

**Mandatory role requirements**:

- National Criminal History Check (Police check) - disclosable outcomes considered
- Current Working with Children Check prior to commencement
- Current Vulnerable Person Check prior to commencement
- Current Drivers licence
- Australian Working Rights
