**The Role**:
Reporting to the Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in assisting the legal team to offer prompt, efficient, and professionally oriented support to all areas of our business. This role will provide an opportunity to challenge yourself, assisting in a diverse array of areas, so that no two days are the same.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative assistance to legal team
- Draft correspondence and legal documents
- Obtain information from third parties and create reports
- Maintain and update legal registries and calendars
- Communicate with business partners, legal advisors and customers
- Attend legal meetings and prepare minutes
- Undertake legal research, including writing on particular issues or projects
- Assist in preparing and organising materials for court appearances and meetings

- Previous experience as a Paralegal is preferable
- Legal training and qualification is preferable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology
- Ability to multitask and deal with a diverse array of people
- Ability to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
