**FULL TIME JUNIOR RECEPTIONIST ROLE**
We have a great opportunity for an immediate start full-time junior receptionist. Reception experience would be great but not a game changer. We are looking for someone with a strong focus on customer service, is proactive and positive and is looking to grow in the role. This role would best suit a recent school leaver looking to develop new skills and learn the HR, legal and work health and safety industry.

Resources, Employment Law and Work Health and Safety. We are based in Mandurah and offer a great workplace culture.
**About you**:

- Ability to work full time - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
- Sound knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft 360.
- Ability to show initiative, contribute to improved systems of work and problem solving skills
**About the role**:
- Greeting visitors at the front desk by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- Cleaning and tidying of front office, meeting rooms, board room, kitchen and bathroom facilities, including watering of plants throughout the offices
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with amenities and cleanliness before meetings take place.
- creating, adjusting, or cancelling appointments when necessary
- assisting the human resource team with administration duties.
- Assisting the law team with incoming phone calls.
- maintaining the office space and re-stocking office supplies including toiletries and kitchen supplies.
- General administration duties as required
