THE ROLE*
Based in our Cheltenham office in Melbourne
You will work with the structure and layout of images and text for both printed and online digital media. This can include artwork for magazines, websites, brochures, flyers, books, catalogues, posters, point of sale, digital platforms and eDMs.
- Take concepts from the Design Lead and external agency and executes them in a manner that aligns to the original design vision
- Works closely with our Studio, Designers, Product and Marketing teams to bring all cross-channel campaign elements to life
- Delivers finished art across various channels
- Responsible for typesetting, basic retouching, file preparation and dispatch
- Responsible for taking and questioning briefs effectively from the Marketing and Digital team
- Revise elements of creative to respond to in market learnings and evolving context

ABOUT YOU*
- Demonstrated experience of producing high volumes of finished art for a variety of an Omni channel business
- Exposure to agile working methods
- The ability to thrive in a fast turnaround deadline driven environment
- Analytical approach and a strategic mindset with demonstrated success in supporting strategic content initiatives and driving business improvement outcomes
- Strong stakeholder relationship skills with ability to communicate and influence all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, project management skills, analytical and decision-making skills and ability to solve problems and overcome hurdles
- Solid digital experience with a thorough understanding of digital marketing principles
- Excellent attention do detail
- Excellent communicator with the ability to create, develop and manage cooperative partnerships with agencies and suppliers
- Highly creative professional with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of photography and image editing highly desirable

**A minimum of 3 years’ commercial experience as a finished artist and mid weight retouching skills**
