**About the Project**:
This project with a well known international client is a $130m residential build consisting of 330 luxury-refined apartments based in Norwest. These apartments include a quality range of one, two, three and four-bedrooms, 4 levels of basement parking, private and communal spaces including a resort style swimming pool. The team is on track and working towards a completion date of mid to late 2024.

**About the Role**:
As we move in to facade and finishes we are seeking an all rounded finishes and facade Foreman to join our already established high performing team. Reporting to our Senior Site Manager you will prepare work programs and monitor progress of Finishes or Facade works. To thrive in this role you will be the type of person who pays attention to the small details, and can plan work sequences down to an art.

You will take ownership of a dedicated set of works or area of the project, which means you will need to be confident working independently. You'll have the support of a large team behind you who can get you up to speed on the project intricacies and help you solve problems.

Overall, your goal is to eliminate defects at the source, but on a day-to-day basis you will:

- Co-ordinate and implement all day-to-day activities on the site
- Effectively manage the construction program to achieve progress and project delivery schedules
- Effectively manage subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers on-site
- Manage and coordinate materials, plant and equipment on-site
- Conduct Site Inductions for staff and Subcontractors
- Conduct Tool Box Talks
- Respond to site emergencies and co-ordinate with appropriate authorities

**About You**
- Trade qualifications in carpentry, construction or similar
- 3+ years experience in industry including supervision and organisation of subcontractors
- Experience on multi-level commercial or residential projects
- Proven experience in effectively managing a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships
- Good understanding of WHS and Environmental legislation and requirements, and proven experience of effectively controlling site safety and environmental compliance
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
