**Salary**:$82.01 - $88.60 p/h + 11% super
**Location**:Moorabbin campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Position Status**:Casual

The Faculty of Hospitality, Environment, Lifestyle and Business provides a progressive, innovative and supportive teaching environment with strong industry links. The Le Cordon Blue department is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to effectively teach theoretical and practical sessions, to students in Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management. (Front of House).

You will manage the learning process for students using a variety of teaching and assessment strategies appropriate to the diverse learning needs of students focusing on delivering Front of House Management, Table Service, Customer Service and Food & Wine Service just to name a few of the core focuses.

You will be joining a high-energy team who are very supportive of each other and will jump in to help out.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Advanced Diploma of Hostility Management SIT60322 or an approved degree, diploma or certificate in a relevant vocational area.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116); or
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110) including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502.
- Ability to foster and promote an inclusive learning environment and ensure a healthy and safe learning environment, promoting student autonomy and independent learning strategies.
- Ability to instruct a range of students and adapt suitable strategies including multi-cultural awareness and a commitment to working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and written and verbal communications skills.
- The ability to work as a self-directed member of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records.
