We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic **_Cleaning Supervisor_** to provide and monitor cleaning services to all departments, wards and public areas of the Hospital and other health sites.

You will be responsible to maintain a healthy and appropriate environment to minimise the infection risk to the community it serves.

**Here is a snapshot of your day**:

- Daily visual inspection of the site ensuring cleaning standards are achieved. Report any risk identified (e.g.: OHS, Clinical, Financial, Technology, Public Image) to the manager and request a risk assessment. Participate in risk management activities.
- Manage and ensure rosters are current, ensure roster absenteeism is managed efficiently each day providing cleaning staff to all areas in accordance with sites labour budgets.
- Ensure all Cleaning schedules are completed and signed off in a timely manner.
- Conduct internal cleaning audits, follow up with rectifications and advise staff of audit processes and outcomes.

- Conduct tool box talks and other training/coaching needs as required.

- Thorough understanding and commitment to cleaning and infection control requirements in a hospital environment
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.

COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required. As a service provider, ISS must comply with all public health directives and client requirements. Medical exemptions will apply.
