- Multiple locations: Maroubra, North Ryde,

North Shore, Merrylands & Liverpool

We are looking for support workers to join our organisation on a part time and casual basis. Our SIL homes are located throughout the Sydney region. We are a new organisation, however our senior management team have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Our organisation is expanding and growing at a rapid pace due to the positive recommendations within the industry, and we are welcoming new clients regularly.

Our Support Workers are responsible for encouraging, inspiring and supporting our clients, this will include:

- Meal Preparation
- Domestic Duties
- Community Access
- Nature Walks
- Social Support
- Shift Notes.

The positions will be part time or casual, and rostered over a 24/7 rotating roster, Monday to Sunday. Our permanent employees are required to have a flexible schedule to meet contractual hours

**Successful applicants must have**:

- previous experience working with clients

that have complex or challenging behaviours
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- current & valid drivers licence
- high level customer service skills
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- functional computer knowledge
- reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle

**Desirable**
- relevant certification in disability
- WWCC
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to obtain
