Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitoring, analysing and responding to correspondence from a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and through various channels- Assist in producing high-quality communications collateral including; consultation and engagement materials, presentations, reports, press releases and social media post- Working alongside QLD Community & Stakeholder Manager to support multiple projects across Queensland- Supporting the team to deliver public consultations across a range of planning regimes; representing projects at public and stakeholder events, analysing feedback and writing reports- Supporting event management and coordination- Organising, attending and recording meetings with a range of stakeholder
What your day-to-day could look like:
- Work with the Community & Stakeholder Relations Manager and the broader Fulton Hogan team- Assist with the development of strategies, events and collateral to inform and engage residents, businesses, schools, community members and internal stakeholders about construction works taking place- Collaborate with our traffic and construction teams to understand and mitigate impacts and disruptions- Help us drive a strong community-focused approach throughout the delivery of our construction projects
How you’ll connect to the role:
- You will have tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, public relations, community development, environment, urban planning, geography, social science or a related field- A good organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage and maintain relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders- Be community-focused, with a strong desire to deliver positive outcomes as part of a team
