**ROLE**

This is a very rewarding leadership role with high level of flexible and autonomy after the successful completion of training.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Guest service - ensuring highest level of service
- Roster & Staff management - recruiting, training, supervision of all team members.
- Food Safety based food preparation and compliance - ensuring compliance Subway guidelines and food safety regulations
- Inventory management and cash count - determining stock levels, ordering, inspecting stock quality
- Cash Flow Management - Ensuring budgets are completed, completing daily/weekly banking, keeping records, till cash management
- Performance KPIs - Ensuring that the restaurant operates as per the KPIs set for this role.
