**Position Description**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a **Die Setter (Injection Moulding) **on a **permanent full-time basis** As a Die Setter you will be responsible for implementing the daily die setting program, performing routine maintenance on tooling machines, promoting occupational health and safety (OH&S) policies and procedures, and ensuring the adherence to quality assurance policies. This role will operate from **Monday to Friday (07:00am-3:00pm)** from our Chirnside Park facility.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily die and insert changes according to the planned schedule
- Ensure that work centres, moulding machines, and tools are clean, safe, and efficiently set up during tool changes
- Handle and store tools, inserts, and lifting devices safely and appropriately
- Attend to machine alarms and promptly report any tooling issues to the Plastics Engineering Manager
- Provide aid in machine and equipment repairs and maintenance
- Adhere to and promote OH&S procedures, including following processes, utilising personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a clean work environment
- Support continuous operation by covering assigned shifts and learning troubleshooting techniques for auto packaging machines

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a Die Setter, or related role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of OH&S health and safety practises
- Knowledge of die setting procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with quality assurance policies and procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic inspections
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
