What you will do:

- Support the capacity building of our staff to differentiate classroom instruction in planning and delivery, to ensure EALD learners access learning on the same basis as their peers.
- Collect and assess DIBELS, LEAP and Phonological Awareness datasets and other evidence to guide the intervention or differentiation of instruction for EALD learners
- Support as required in the teaching or team teaching load of our IELP class.
- Maintain accurate student records and support the goals of individual learning plans

An ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a small team is a desirable skill.
