Are you looking for an exciting challenge, in a newly built workshop and brand new purpose built workplace?

Due to strong growth, and relocating to larger premises, Superior Engineering is looking for an e-commerce assistant, to join their team, in their new headquarters at Burpengary, North Brisbane, QLD (roughly 1hr north of Brisbane City).

Superior Engineering has become one of the best known, Premium 4X4 Accessories and 4WD Suspension auto-parts manufacturers and suppliers, in Australia and around the world. We manufacture and supply a huge range of 4X4 products, accessories and suspension parts for almost every type of four wheel drive vehicle on the market.

**What you will be doing**:

- Stock entry of all lines and products into our stock control system.
- Ongoing inventory management: Review Out Of Stock items, New Products set up / photography.
- Maintaining product data integrity and consistency across all internal platforms
- Uploading new SKUs, pricing and promotions into system
- Generating and maintaining forecasting documents, Providing standardised reports and analytical support to aid in decision making
- Understand the market and become familiar with competitor products and pricing to ensure we are offering the best value whilst maintaining a fair margin return

**Who we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in inventory management or procurement function
- Previous experience in data integrity and data entry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills at all levels of the business
- Basic to intermediate 4wd knowledge preferable
- An ability to manage your time effectively
- Strong attention to detail; proven problem-solving ability
- Strong computer literacy: fluency in Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Programs
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends through sales and performance data
- Strong work ethic with proven ability to produce high-quality work

**The Application**

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 4pm which includes overtime hours and penalty rates.

The position is available to start immediately, but is not a requirement depending on the successful applicant and must also have their own transport.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burpengary, QLD 4505: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- eCommerce Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
- Data entry: 2 years (preferred)
- inventory management: 2 years (preferred)
