**The role**

We are currently recruiting in the following areas: Brentwood, Yokine and West Perth areas for Casual hours. **Must be available in the evenings and/or early mornings.** Must have reliable car, current drivers’ license and be fit to work as clients need some mobility and domestic assistance to help them achieve their goals.

**Key responsibilities**
- Supporting clients within their own home environment
- General household duties such as cleaning and cooking
- Personal care
- Supporting clients to access the community
- Transporting clients to appointments and social activities

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum of Cert III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent experience.
- National Police Check - obtained within the last 12 months
- Valid Western Australian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- At least 6 months’ previous work experience working in aged and/or disability care
- First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or the ability to attain one)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
- Passionate about supporting people to empower their lives and independence
- Be highly organised, flexible, and reliable
- Proactive approach and the ability to work independently and within our team
- Personable nature with excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: $30 - $55.00 per hour
