**Description**:
Due to our business expanding in Kalgoorlie, we have a permanent full-time position available for a newly created Site Supervisor position. This exciting role will be based at our WA Head Office in Wangara supervising the day to day operations of our plant and equipment rental contract located at the renowned Super Pit, a massive open-pit gold mine in the heart of Kalgoorlie - Boulder.

**Reporting to the Project Manager, you will**:

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations at the customer site.
- Lead and manage Field Service Technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure that all tasks and activities align with the agreed-upon contract and customer expectations
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with the customer.
- Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop a deep understanding of the key performance indicators outlined in the customer contract.
- Implement strategies to achieve and exceed these KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies governing the specific industry, customer, and Onsite requirements
- This role will require frequent planned and ad hoc travel to the Kalgoorlie site.
