**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Manage the appointment calendar, schedule patient visits, and send appointment reminders.

**Patient Registration**: Assist patients with completing necessary forms, verify insurance information, and maintain accurate patient records.

**Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative assistance, including filing, data entry, and coordinating with other clinic staff.

**Requirements**:

- **Customer Service Skills**: Friendly and personable with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- **Organisational Abilities**: Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Comfortable using computers and basic office software, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.07 per year
