**A Day in the Life
**Reporting into the Director - Customer Care and Order Operations, the Field Inventory Manager role is responsible for leading and developing a team to successfully execute inventory strategies and initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must be experienced in business partnering with an ability to influence stakeholders and drive solutions, must be analytical, results oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task and have a readiness to adapt to changing field and departmental needs

In this role, you will:

- Responsible for 3rd Party Service providers and programs which support the ANZ field and consignment Inventory management.
- Maintains controls over Consignment and Field Inventory (Hospital and rep stock)
- Lead inventory controls and Reconciliation programs
- ANZ Field inventory, customer experience and SOGL targets
- Lead the development and implementation of new programs and systems to establish a best-in-class consignment and field inventory program
- Reviews and analyzes data and proactively elevates issues; partners with stakeholders to drive action appropriately.
- Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with business partners on new opportunities to improve operations and customer experience. Lead & develop a team of field inventory professionals who support our ANZ internal/ external customers

**Must Haves**
- A Bachelor’s degree/Tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain/distribution environment
- A high aptitude for change management, problem solving and troubleshooting Demonstrated experience in business partnering with senior leadership team
