Litigation Paralegal

**About the role**

With a consistent increase in work from some of Australia's largest insurers, our Motor Vehicle Property Damage team have a brand new opportunity for a senior paralegal or Junior lawyer to joining our accident management group.

This position will see you taking instructions and providing initial advice, drafting pleadings, liaising with clients, insurers, and other lawyers, negotiating outcomes, and attending to all stages of the litigation process. Additionally, there are opportunities to assist in business development.

**About you**

Ideally, you will have experience working in a law firm with motor vehicle property damage claims.

- Interpersonal skills

- Strong MS Office and computer skills
- The confidence to work autonomously and as a team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Leap is preferred
- At least 12 months post-litigation experience is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $93,475.44 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
