**Introduction**:
Cater Care Retail is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Sunshine Coast Airport. We currently operate 6 busy food and beverage outlets and are looking to expand our team. We take pride in working with local suppliers to bring a coastal feeling and a sense of place to the Airport, and we are seeking individuals who can help us bring that feeling alive

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff at the Swell Cafe located at the Sunshine Coast Airport. You will take a hands-on approach, working alongside the team, and be confident in staff supervision and problem-solving to ensure the best customer experience every time.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on providing excellent customer service, leads by example, and can supervise and build a cohesive team.

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear direction to staff working alongside the Outlet Manager & Duty Manager
- Build and maintain great relationships with staff and customers
- Ensure food and service standards are of high quality
- Manage staff operations including filling shifts and labour management
- Perform opening and closing procedures including end-of-day banking
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Communicate and work alongside the management team to ensure a great working environment

- Problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work across the entire week, including weekends, nights, and public holidays
- Honesty and reliability

Your roster will include a mix of open and closing shifts over 7 days, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and public holidays. We aim to provide flexibility and work-life balance for our team members.
