**About the Role**

As an Assistant Airbnb Operational Manager at Superhost Union, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Your expertise in managing the entire Airbnb property lifecycle, from listing optimisation to guest communication, will contribute to the success of our operation. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage all aspects of Airbnb property operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure properties are well-maintained and in top condition.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Implement and maintain effective communication channels with property owners, vendors, and staff members.
- Monitor and evaluate guest reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay up to date with Airbnb policies, local regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Manage and train a team of property management staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proven leadership abilities and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Previous experience in Airbnb property management or hospitality management is highly desired.
- An understanding of Airbnb platform, policies, and best practices is highly valued but not essential.
- An Australian full driver license is preferred.
