Civil Construction- Traineeship

**About the Role**:

- Operating and/or directing backhoe/excavator in digging
- Hand digging when required
- Assessing soil conditions and the installation of appropriate shoring
- Preparing sites and surrounds including pathways
- backfilling and clean-up of sites
- routine horticultural activities as directed
- Perform daily OH&S checks as per operator manuals and procedures

- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and follow instruction
- Punctual, reliable, and consistent
- A passion for the civil construction industry
- Valid driver’s licence and working with children check preferable
