**Full Job Description**

You will need to be flexible to work an early shift and able to do overtime when required.Our client is an iconic Australian brand, that manufactures quality fiberglass swimming pools. They are seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join their team based in Stapylton.

This is a full-time permanent role.

You will need to have a strong mechanical background, as you will be the only Mechanical person on-site.

You will also need the following:

- Strong Pneumatic knowledge
- Demonstrated fault-finding capabilities
- Capable of stripping down and rebuilding pumps with seal kits
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical issues and avoiding breakdowns as well as minimising breakdowns
- Capable of using Mig welders and fabrication work
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and managing critical spares
- A great team player able to work with people from multiple levels to training and coaching operators on basic trouble shooting and fault finding
- An understanding of hazardous environments
- Happ to get your hands dirty

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Picton, NSW 2571: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Fitter: 4 years (preferred)

- Australia (required)
