We are looking for a reliable, vibrant and energetic **Corporate Concierge and Hospitality Specialist** with a “Can-Do attitude” to join this team. You are well-organised and well-presented, and have the energy and ability to multitask and work with the leading concierge provider in Australia.
- Provide an engaging on brand welcome and farewell to all stakeholders entering the site
- Register visitors & staff using designated site access management system
- **Use your hospitality skills for meeting rooms, services and spaces**_
- Ensure the reception area (desk and guest lounges) are clean and tidy at all times
- Work closely with security teams to ensure the safety of the building
- Manage the booking of all meeting spaces
- Assist with the upload of information to the tenants' portals
- Assist with administrative tasks as per the request from the tenant, mailroom, postage, reports, etc.

**Salary**: $68,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
