**The Role**

The Civil Operator will be based both in the field and Kewdale workshop working a 9 days on 5 days off DIDO roster. This is a full-time opportunity and you will have the opportunity to interface with multidisciplinary trades on sites related to major projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the tradespeople carrying out all directed tasks
- Interface with a multidisciplinary workforce, electricians, metal fabricators, and heavy diesel mechanics
- Assist with maintaining the site and all related equipment
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

**About YOU**
- Construction blue / white card
- “C” class driver’s license
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver on reasonable requests to perform works
- Being engaged, active and attentive
- Developed interpersonal and communications skills
- Understanding of OHSE requirements
- First Aid, CPR & LV rescue
- “HR” Drivers License
- Excavator Ticket
- Skid Steer Loader Ticket
- Experience with PV and battery energy storage systems

To facilitate travel through-out our client operations across Australia, applicants will need to successfully undergo regular police clearance checks, drug screening and pre-employment medicals.
