**Transport Administrator**

Our client is based in Eagle Farm searching for a logistics admin to assist in a busy transport office for freight forwarding and port transport.

These roles are Monday - Friday starting from 8 AM full time hours.

**Duties are but not limited to**:

- Liaising with truck drivers & clients
- Data entry, scanning, filing & uploading
- Stock management
- Generating and distributing load sheets & con-notes
- Troubleshooting & general administration
- Adherence to all OH&S policies and guidelines
- Transport scheduling, manifests & invoices
- Overtime to complete load out
- Key core task would be order releasing by priority by priorities against time slots.
- Previous **transport experience desired**:

- Must have Data Entry experience
- System knowledge beneficial of PRONTO or SAP desirable
- Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel and data entry
- A Professional work ethic with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Australian Working rights
- 2 x work related references
- Must have own reliable transport and drivers license
