Doutta Galla Aged Services is a not for profit aged care organisation with almost thirty years’ experience caring for people from a diverse range of backgrounds. At Doutta Galla we are proud of the diversity of our residents and staff.

Reporting to the residents servives manager our Avondale Heights home has 108 residents.

**What we are seeking**:

- A positive, fun attitude
- Dedication to maximising each resident’s health and wellbeing
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health (preferred)
- Understanding of the Aged Care Standards and a willingness to embrace and champion our values, ensuring resident dignity and choice is central to providing the highest quality of wellbeing and leisure.
