Boat Builder

**THE ROLE & CANDIDATE**:
Based in Melbourne’s bayside locations Sandringham and Mornington Peninsula.

We’re looking for a suitable experienced and qualified shipwright / boat builder and repairer who can come in and join the new boat commissioning and aftersales team, help shape it and deliver results We are focused on delivering a quality service/product to our clients and need suitably expierenced trades people to help make this happen.

You will be required to help assist our Brand Managers in commissioning, fitting and servicing our range of boats. We are looking for someone independent, hard-working, and self-motivated who works well in a small team.

**SKILLS & EXPIERENCE**:

- Must have qualified experience as a shipwright / boat builder / boat repairer.
- Current driver’s, and boat license with strong boat handling skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, a fast learner who seeks out challenges to further their skillset.
- You are safety-minded and able to follow company instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience as a yacht rigger would be highly valued.

Package includes a competitive salary (commensurate with experience).

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
