**Team & Opportunity**

The NWOW Navigator plays a critical role across the enterprise to embed modern work practices anchored in agile, lean and human centered design principles.

You will be customer focused, have a passion for continuous improvement and can demonstrate an ability to shift mindsets and behaviours of crew and leaders.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Champion new ways of working and uplift capability across the enterprise in agile, lean and human centered design methodologies.
- Drive adoption of new mindsets and behaviours to enable autonomy and accountability within teams to continuously focus on delivering customer value.
- Provide coaching and training to develop skills in agile planning and delivery.
- Adapt coaching styles based on observed maturity and readiness of a team.
- Partner with Technology to ensure a consistent approach across the enterprise that delivers client outcomes and support the evolution of shared communities of practice.
- Partner across the Business Enablement team of project and change experts to support shared objectives in delivery on strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain playbooks and training materials to support capability uplift.
- Build and manage effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Minimum of five years related work experience with progressive responsibility
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean etc are preferred
