We are seeking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's online presence, connecting with our audience, and driving business growth through social media platforms.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand's goals and target audience.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored for different social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent and timely posting of content.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a positive and professional manner.
- Monitor trends and discussions within our industry and target audience to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement.
- Measure and analyse the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, and use insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the marketing team.
**Requirements**:
- Be able to **speak/write fluently in Spanish**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in managing social media platforms for businesses.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for crafting compelling and on-brand content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to create unique and captivating social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure the success of social media efforts.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and digital marketing.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
