We are currently seeking casual staff members to join our team at Keilor Public Golf Course.

The role:
Reporting to the Keilor Public Golf Course Manager, we are seeking casual staff who can provide excellent customer service for the guest experience while at the range by assisting golfers by loading bags, cleaning and collecting clubs and balls; and preparing golfers for play ensuring all their needs are met and questions answered. The golf range attendant will provide the guests with thorough knowledge of the game of golf, and golf services we offer, and personalise these services into a high quality experience at Keilor Public Golf Course.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service, along with the ability to engage members of a diverse community.
- Ability to work as a cooperative, supportive and positive member of a team.
- Excellent customer service with well-developed computer and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision and to work efficiently and effectively particularly during periods of high demand.
