The Emergency Psychiatry team is comprised of dedicated and compassionate mental health clinicians. This is an incredibly unique and diverse role, which branches across four main areas - Crisis Assessment and Treatment, Triage, Emergency Psychiatry and APACER. Unlike other mental health services where staff generally are siloed into one specific team, this is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of unique settings and be a valued member of a supportive team which provide support across each stream depending on demand.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant qualification and registration in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work or Occupational Therapy
- Skill and experience conducting Mental Health Crisis Assessments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated high work performance, is a team player who is patient-focused, motivated and enthusiastic
- Practices within a recovery-oriented framework
