**Casual Roster Coordinator**
Assured Independent Living Services (AILS) is a registered NDIS provider servicing participants across Sydney.
We are currently seeking a casual roster coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating staff for our support services.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Implement a weekly roster schedule that meets participant requirements.
- Coordinate and manage last minute roster adjustments.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
You will be required to work from two locations: primarily our Toongabbie office and our Blacktown SIL home on occasion.
**We are currently offering 2 days a week (preferably Wednesday and Thursday), with the potential to increase. Hourly rate is commensurate with experience.**
About you:
- Valid driver’s license and car.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing shift rosters.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in disability/NDIS highly desirable.
