About the role

We are seeking part-time professional, concierge staff to join our premium retirement apartment community, which is part of the brand-new Calvary Kooyong precinct.

**Your main duties will include**:
Deliver excellence in customer service. Ability to easily communicate and assist residents, their family members and visitors making all of them feel welcome and valued
Provide 5 star hotel-style concierge services which may include, but not limited, to restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, purchasing event tickets, booking appointments, arranging for flowers or gifts, coordinating residents private events
Assist with resident move-ins & move outs
About the Precinct
Calvary Kooyong is a landmark retirement living, health and wellness precinct in Caulfield South. This first-of-a-kind precinct has been created by Calvary, a charitable not-for-profit Catholic health care organisation, on the site of the former Calvary Bethlehem hospital.

The Calvary Kooyong precinct comprises a premium retirement community at Hyson Apartments, residential aged care at Huntly Suites, community care services, a GP clinic, other health care services, shops, a café and gardens. Also within the precinct is the brand new, 32-bed Calvary Bethlehem specialist health services facility.

The Concierge plays an important part in creating a great first impression and providing on-going assistance and support to our residents.

About you
Previous experience in a similar concierge/guest services role ideally within the hotel, hospitality or travel industry
Demonstrated ability to providing excellent customer service with empathy and patience
Experience meeting expectations and pre-empting the needs of a discerning clientele
Possessing a high standard of grooming and personal presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
High attention to detail, organised, with an ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
Experience multi-tasking, within a busy, guest service environment
Understanding the concept of 'working in the residents home'
