We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Operations Team Member to join our growing team. **Position Overview**:
As an Operations Team Member, you will play a key role in managing and operating various machines and equipment, providing top-notch service to our clients, and supporting the team in delivering quality results. Your responsibilities will include operating machines such as carpet steam cleaners, scrubber machines, and other equipment as required, maintaining a professional relationship with clients, and reporting job progress to supervisors. The position will also require travel outside of Sydney and the possibility of overnight stays.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate various machines including carpet steam cleaners, scrubber machines, and more.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Report progress of jobs to supervisors regularly and follow operational instructions.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring high-quality work standards.
- Maintain and ensure the safe usage of all machinery.
- Travel outside of Sydney as required, with the flexibility to stay overnight.
- Follow company safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience operating machines such as carpet steam cleaners, scrubber machines, or similar equipment.
- Full, unrestricted Australian driver's license.
- Right to work in Australia (e.g., Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).
- Ability to travel and stay outside of Sydney as needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to report to supervisors and adhere to deadlines.

**Desirable Skills (not essential)**:

- Previous experience in a similar operational role.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to adapt to different work environments and situations.
