Optical Assistant/dispenser

**About you**

This role is best suited to an experienced Optical Dispenser or Optical Assistant, or those willing to grow & develop their skills.
- Must be able to work Thursday evenings - No late night Friday or weekends required
- Provide frame styling and lens advice to our customers & enjoy a diverse role with direct customer contact
- General practice activities including
- bookings, administration and
- frame adjustments and repairs

**Skills and Experience**

Our practice offers the latest in technology as well as beautiful eye wear to ensure we can style our patients with the right frames to suit their lifestyles.
- Optical dispenser/optical background preferred
- Familiarity with OPTOMATE practice management software - advantageous
- Bright and bubbly personality & Superior customer service
- Be able to work as a team to provide the best experience for patients
- Sales experience including the ability to build rapport and customer relationships

Wicks Eyecare is an independent practice located in Keilor, in Melbourne's northwest. We have a strong interest in children's vision and contact lenses, and our customers come from all over Victoria.

Our team of 8 highly skilled Optometrists and support staff love coming to work and making a difference in our patients lives.
