**About the role**:

- interpersonal skills enabling the development of relationships of trust
- ability to build partnerships between families, school and external groups
- provide appropriate experiences and settings to facilitate age-appropriate educational opportunities for children e.g. lead play group, Pre-Prep, etc.
- provide opportunities to facilitate education of adults e.g. English classes, work skills development
- develop and manage programs and projects
- report on progress in timely manner and manage CHA reporting requirements
- manage risks
- promote and marketing events, including use of social media and ICT
- link programs to funding opportunities
- work collaboratively with school staff

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
