**VPSG4 $91,418 - $103,725 + Super**

The role is a part of an inhouse valuation team which are required to provide valuation advice and undertake and manage urgent, and sensitive valuations for a variety of purposes. The role is a part of a collaborative team which work on individual valuation requests for all state government agencies for the purposes of sale, purchase, leasing and compulsory acquisition. A strong working relationship and a high level of communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders is essential.

**Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications**

**Mandatory**
- Completion of an appropriate tertiary qualification with Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status and membership with the Australian Property Institute (API).
- Knowledge and experience in undertaking valuations for a variety of property asset classes and purposes.
- Knowledge of the Valuation of Land Act 1960, Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986, Planning and Environment Act 1987 and other relevant legislation.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of the government processes and land administration matters.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001: 2015.
