This role will see you as a Property Officer, assisting the property team in the management for a portfolio of residential properties to the satisfaction of the owners and tenants, with a view to growing your portfolio as your career enhances.

Previous exposure to the Real Estate industry is important, however this could be at the level of Customer Service, Administration or Property, but most importantly is your determination to succeed and have passion for the industry and be career driven.

**Essential criteria**:

- Previous experience within the Real Estate industry
- A current driver’s licence & Transport
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer/administrative skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Qualifications reflective of the Real Estate Industry
