Hatch is supporting Google to find a great Lead, Google Customer Solutions to join their Business Operations and Strategy team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like Google.

**About the role at Google**

In this role, you will lead and execute projects, supporting clients who use Search Ads 360. These projects will include technical assistance on business pitches, product implementations, advisory on campaign set up, delivery and optimizations, product upgrades, custom solutions and campaign reporting. You'll work on multiple projects concurrently, either independently or on small teams. In addition, you'll also help customers with product configuration and business process improvement, combining your understanding of Google Marketing Platform products to provide solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
