We are highly experienced in all aspects of landscaping with a qualified team of professionals who construct and maintain a wide variety of high end residential landscapes.

Our daily tasks and responsibilities:

- Clearing the construction site of debris, rocks and other obstacles to prepare it for landscaping activities (Site Prep).
- Machine operation, digging trenches, holes, and grading the land as required for the installation of hardscape features or planting beds (Digging and Excavation).
- Assisting with the planting of trees, shrubs, flowers and other plants according to the landscape design plans (Planting and Mulching).
- Assisting with the installation of various hardscape elements such as pavers, concrete paths, retaining walls and fences, following construction plans and specifications (Hardscape Installation).
- Transporting and handling construction materials, including rocks, bricks, soil, plants and tools to and from the worksite (Material Handling).
- Assisting with grading activities to ensure proper water drainage on the site and helping install drainage systems as needed (Grading and Drainage).
- Operating smaller equipment such as wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, and power tools under the guidance of a supervisor (Equipment Operation).
- Cleaning up the worksite by removing debris, disposing of waste materials, and ensuring the site is safe and tidy at the end of each workday (Site Clean Up).
- Collaborating with other members of the team, following instructions from supervisors and maintaining effective communication on the job site (Team Collaboration).
- Experience in landscape/construction (minimum 2 years on site experience)
- Must have valid drivers licence and reliable transportation
- Able to work in various sites and areas; Hills District and Sydney region
- We work in a close knit team, reliability and punctuality is a must
- Company trucks are supplied to workers
- Strong work ethic, a positive and proactive attitude
- Someone who wants to grow their skills and knowledge in the landscaping industry
- Hourly rate dependant on experience

Start Date: ASAP

**Salary**: $30.00 - $37.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- on site in landscaping/construction: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 25/03/2024
