Our Opportunity

We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Leading Hand within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout. In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Assist Site supervisor and take ownership of jobs from commencement to completion- Engage, coordinate & manage FHU employees and Sub-contractors on job sites- Communicate with site team to program and track the progress of jobs- Attend & contribute to meetings- Dispute / issue resolution, as required- Ensure all inspection’s, & other relevant documentation is signed off- Ensure company OH&S policies are followed at all times- Work occasional night shifts

How you'll connect to the role:
- Building Trade / Construction Qualification or relevant industry experience- Excellent organisational & time management skills- Intermediate computer skills- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills- Ability to build effective relationships & be empathetic to the needs of the client- Positive attitude & sound work ethic- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities- Valid Driver’s License- Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture
