Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

**About you**:
Our Grounds Maintenance Supervisor role is a hands-on position which requires you to assist our supported employees, with varying abilities, to reach their full potential as they tend to the general care of our client’s grounds maintenance and care for our equipment. If you are someone who is passionate about grounds and gardening maintenance with the ability to engage, encourage and lead by example, we would love to hear from you
- **Tuesday and Thursday permanent part time with potential to grow into a full-time role.**
- **Located in Rosebud, VIC**

**Key duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Grounds and garden maintenance.
- Garden clean ups.
- Pruning of plants, shrubs, bushes etc. as required.
- Hedge trimming as required
- Mowing - push mower and ride on
- Whipper Snipper as required.
- Rubbish and garden refuse removal from sites.
- Application of herbicides, pesticides and fertilisers to gardens and grounds.
- Weeding and weed control.
- Outdoor maintenance as required.

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- Previous experience working or supervising a team
- A patient and caring disposition and the ability to make people feel at ease
- Willingness to work alongside people of all abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills

**Current or willingness to obtain**:

- NDIS Screening Workers Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
