**Your new role**
- Providing frontline communication and support to external customers
- Contacting & maintaining phone and web booking lines
- Processing orders
- Responding to customer’s queries in a positive and professional manner
- Supporting in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Assisting with accounts

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with client, supplier, and on-site personnel
- Experience in JDE, Coupa and Fleet Safety First software is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Qualification in business administration or equivalent experience
