**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The King's School, Tudor House is seeking outstanding, passionate and experienced Sports coaches for the following sports:

- Basketball
- Cricket
- Tennis
- Water Polo

Employment is on a casual basis for the 2023/24 summer sports season. Remuneration will be determined by your experience and qualifications.
Coaches are expected to attend all training sessions and competition events/matches.

You must have a demonstrated record of being a dynamic and successful coach in your chosen sport, and be enthusiastic, patient and focused on technique.
You must have excellent communication skills and an ability to engage with all stakeholders in a responsive and inclusive manner.
- A strong interest in one or more sports with appropriate game and team building skills for coaching purposes
- Experience in coaching primary school aged students
- Attainment or currently working towards an appropriate coaching accreditation
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building and maintaining quality relationships with all members of the School’s community
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt and operate effectively in a demanding and changing environment
- Capacity to operate as a collaborative and team orientated person in a professional work environment
