Based out of Flemington, Kavanagh Racing is seeking a motivated and experienced stablehand.

Ideally you will already hold an industry licence and have solid experience in a racing stable.

The successful applicant will be skilled in the following:

- Horse handling
- Preparing horses for riders & trackwork
- Leading, swimming & rugging horses
- Operating walkers & treadmills
- Mixing feeds
- Attending race days and barrier trials
- Assisting with veterinary treatments

Your passion for horses, attention to detail and ability to work in a team will see you excel within the business.

This opportunity also has the potential to become a leadership role and work alongside the stable manager as their second in charge.
