Onsite Manager required:
We are a small permanent rental complex and would like to talk to you if you have a minimum qualification of an RLA.
You will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flare for dealing with owners, tenants, and Bodies Corporate and the Directors with a friendly disposition.
Some of your wonderful qualities will include:
Previous industry experience to at least an RLA level
Maturity and passion will go a long way.
Effective, efficient communication skills with a passion for doing things right.
A positive Can do attitude.
Hardworking and reliable will stand you in good stead.
Ability to work alone.

Roles and responsibilities:
Dealing with trades and approving their invoices when quoted works are undertaken.
Preparation of lease documents for residents
Contact with owners, chairperson, strata manager and directors.
Arranging works and maintenance as required.
Co Ordination bond cleans with our fantastic cleaning experts.
Lots more but we can discuss with the lucky person chosen to proceed.
