**What you'll be doing**

Develop, implement and manage Zero Suicides in Care in ISLHD mental health services. This includes identifying key aspects of development, providing ongoing implementation strategies and managing the needs of Zero Suicides in Care.

**Selection Criteria**
- Demonstrated capacity to project manage new initiatives within the health field, including knowledge of, and training in, project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated capacity to coordinate, facilitate and model sustained practice and cultural change, across a large and diverse workforce in a health setting using a co-design methodology.
- Excellent net-working skills, with the capacity to work effectively with multiple stakeholder groups including people with lived experience of suicide and recovery.
- High-level verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and facilitate the collection, analysis and dissemination of high-quality process and outcome data for evaluation and planning purposes.
- Current C Class Drivers licence with the ability to travel district wide, independently, in accordance with the demands of the position.
