An opportunity has become available to join our Total Asset Management team on a Permanent Full Time basis. The Handyman is responsible for working and providing assistance to all trade staff not limited to other designated duties on the Blue Mountains Hospital and Springwood Hospital sites and other associated health services within the NBMLHD portfolio. The availability of this position includes an afterhours on call roster and to attend works at after hours when called upon.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience and knowledge in the building / maintenance field.
- Experience working with various trades and demonstrated experience assisting trade staff.
- A proven ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- An ability to foster team spirit and build/maintain productive relationships.
- An ability to identify important tasks/steps and act accordingly to ensure efficient task completion.
- Knowledge of Building products and standards, Engineering Department procedures, Work Health & Safety codes within the workplace.
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
