- We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage a financial lines portfolio and contribute to the overall success of their quickly growing brokerage in a close-knit team based in Sydney.**About the role**:
- Management of a financial lines portfolio, understanding your clients’ specific requirements for insurance, their business objectives and strategy.
- Establish, build and maintain effective working relationships taking a proactive approach to account management to ensure exceptional service delivery and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build on client base
- Research the market to develop a good understanding of client needs, industry risk and business environment and deliver relevant market trends
- Client Relationship Management with regular face to face meetings with larger clients and frequent digital meetings in line with the client’s expectation/preferences. Build close relationship with key day to day contacts and support company to develop relationships at senior levels.
- Coach, lead and mentor Account Exec Assistants, providing clear direction and support
**About you**:
- Tier 1 or Insurance Diploma
- Experience in Insurance Claims and relationship management
- Experience in Financial Services or servicing large client volumes
- Ability to analyse information and data, to identify opportunities and prioritise
- Driven towards setting and achieving goals and making a difference
- Experience operating in a sales environment achieving clear targets and KPI’s
- Solution and outcome-driven individual who is open to change and can make tough strategic decisions quickly to support management
- Willingness to participate in industry training to develop technical knowledge
**Benefits**:
- Salary -$85,000-$90,000 Package
- Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
